All reservations for exhibit space must be accompanied
by a deposit of at least 50% of the total package amount. Allocation
of requested booth space will be based upon sponsorship investment
level with space first allocated to higher level sponsors. Allocation
of booth space requested at identical sponsorship levels will
be on a first come, first serve basis. Checks should be payable
to PowerFest. We will also accept Cash, Visa or MasterCard for
booth sales. Please send Space Reservation Form and deposit
to: PowerFest Orlando, P.O. Box 2563, Apopka, FL 32704-2563.

Character of exhibition, PowerFest Orlando
is a professional festival, which focuses on products, services
and events appropriate to consumers in a family environment.
Festival management reserves the right to determine the eligibility
of any company, product or service, and the right to prohibit
any exhibition or product which, in the opinion of festival
management, detracts from the character of the exhibition or
for any violation of the terms and conditions of exhibition.

Subleasing and sharing of corporate booth space
is prohibited. All signs, displays and product information must
be related to the exhibitor's company.

Final payment for exhibit space is due on or
before September 6, 2008. Failure to make final payment constitutes
a cancellation of this agreement. Festival management reserves
the right to resell the exhibit space without notice or refund
of deposit after that date.

Requests for cancellation or refund must be
in writing. Requests for refund must received in writing and
postmarked no later than August 15, 2008. Any refund request
after August 15, 2008 will result in festival management retaining
50% of the deposit made with this contract. No requests for
cancellation will be accepted nor will any refunds be made after
September 5, 2008. No refund shall be made to any exhibitor
who fails to occupy its assigned booth space by the time and
date of the festival opening. Further, festival management reserves
the right to utilize such unoccupied space in any manner it
deems appropriate.

Exhibitors must conform to exhibition regulations
of The Florida Citrus Bowl. The Florida Citrus Bowl prohibits
any attachment or installation of materials of any kind to trees,
grass, walls, ceilings, floors or other common areas of its
facility, inside or outdoors. Exhibitors may not mark, damage
or deface any part of the building or other common areas belonging
to The Florida Citrus Bowl. Any such damages shall be paid for
in full by the exhibitor.

Exhibitors must comply with the regulations
of The Florida Citrus Bowl and all exhibits must pass Fire Department
inspection.

Limitation of Liability: Exhibitor agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless PowerFest Orlando, its employees
and agents, and The Florida Citrus Bowl from all liability that
might follow from any cause including accident or injury to
invitees, guests, exhibitors, their agents or employees, including
loss or damage to personal property.

Exhibitor and exhibitor's contractors and suppliers
working in the exhibit area are required to carry liability
insurance. Exhibitor must operate and maintain its exhibit so
that no injury will result to any individual or property. Exhibitor
must make its own arrangements for insurance against theft,
loss or damage during the exposition. Festival management will
provide reasonable, customary, general security but does not
guarantee nor accept liability for damage or loss of exhibitors
property.

No exhibit or displays may interfere with other
exhibits by way of objectionable sounds, noise, odors or obstructive
activities. No food or beverages of any type may be served by
any exhibitor without written approval by festival management
and/or The Florida Citrus Bowl. No exhibitor may distribute
materials or promote their business from areas outside of their
assigned booth space to include all entrances, exits and isles
within the exhibit area and common areas of The Florida Citrus
Bowl.

Exhibitors can not sell any items of any kind
bearing the name PowerFest Orlando or Have Fun
Its
Not A Sin!

No bootleg items of any kind can be sold (cds,
tapes, dvds, etc.)

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits: Displays
and exhibits must have a professional appearance and be arranged
in a manner subject to approval of festival management and must
be finished so as to present no unsightliness to any adjoining
exhibitor. Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit area beginning
October 6, 2008 at 7:00 AM. All exhibits must be installed and
ready for festival opening by 11:00 AM, October 6, 2008. Any
table top not occupied by that time is subject to forfeiture
with no refund. Packing of exhibits prior to the close of the
exhibition is prohibited. Exhibitor shall be liable for all
storage, handling, or other costs incurred for failure to remove
exhibits by the close of festival on October 7, 2008 by 3:00
p.m.

Should the PowerFest Orlando not be held for
any reason, festival management has no further liability to
the exhibitor / sponsor other than a refund of the exhibit fees
paid by that exhibitor. No refunds if festival cancellation
is due to an act of God.

All exhibitors are responsible for their own
trash and are expected to maintain a neat appearance within
their designated area at all times. Festival management will
provide an outside receptacle for all trash. Balloons are prohibited
at this event

Festival management may make reasonable changes,
amendments or additions to these terms which shall be binding
to the exhibitor.

No alcoholic beverages to be sold or served
at festival.

Soft drink products only to be sold or served
at festival.

Permits and inspections are exhibitors
responsibility.

Adult Material: Exhibitor may NOT display material
depicting demonic, nudity or sexual conduct of any kind. No
adult material may be sold, given, or distributed in any way.
Failure to comply will result in exhibitors expulsion
from the festival with no refund of booth rental. We are a family
focused event and expect all exhibitors to abide of not displaying
hentai material. The festival management reserves
the right of removing offending merchandise if these terms are
not observed and followed.

Festival management reserves the right to demand
removal of any such material from sale at the festival. Failure
to comply may result in but is not limited to exhibitors
expulsion from PowerFest Orlando with no refund of booth rental.

If you are unsure of your item(s) please
contact us for assistance BEFORE the event. Please note, festival
management will be inspecting the exhibits during set up and
throughout the event for such material. Festival management
may issue warnings, however once a warning is breached, the
exhibitor will be expelled from festival with no refund of booth
rental.
